1. Membership Duration and Payments:
Virtual Memberships are offered on a month-to-month basis.
Membership fees are payable monthly in advance via direct debit.
2. Access to Virtual Services:
Virtual Members will have access to designated virtual office services, including mail handling and business address usage.
Access to virtual services is contingent upon the timely payment of membership fees.
3. Mail Handling:
Salty Spaces will receive and handle mail on behalf of the Virtual Member. Mail will be scanned and emailed to your nominated email address.
Once scanned, mail can either be collected during regular business hours or destroyed with shredding facility.
Virtual Members are responsible for providing accurate forwarding instructions and covering any associated postage costs.
4. Business Address Usage:
Virtual Members are permitted to use the Salty Spaces business address for professional purposes. This includes the use of the address on official business documentation such as ASIC registered address, and online platforms.
This service is for use with only one company and cannot be used on multiple companies. So, if you do require a virtual address for multiple companies, then this should be purchased for each separate company that the address will be used with.
The business address cannot be used for personal residential purposes.
5. Package Deliveries:
Salty Spaces will receive packages on behalf of Virtual Members.
If you anticipate larger or bulkier packages, or if multiple packages are expected, kindly inform the Salty Spaces team in advance. Additional charges may apply for handling such items.
Virtual Members are responsible for coordinating the collection of packages during regular business hours.
6. Mail and package forwarding:
Mail and packages can be forwarded to a domestic or international address. We charge a 15% handling/processing fee on top of the standard postage rates (Australia Post).
7. Additional Services:
Additional services, such as boardroom/meeting room hire, admin or printing facilities, can be arranged at an additional cost. Details of these services and associated fees can be found on our website, although virtual members may receive discounts for these services.
8. Termination of Membership:
Salty Spaces reserves the right to terminate Virtual Memberships for reasons including non-payment, policy violations, or disruptive behavior.
9. Modification of Terms:
Salty Spaces reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Members will be notified of any changes in advance.
